As a rule, using our website is possible without disclosing any personal data. Liability for Contents

Pursuant to Section 7 para.1 TMG, we, the FTTH Council Europe ASBL are responsible for our own contents on this site under general laws. According to Sections 8 to 10 TMG, the service provider is not bound, however, to monitor any information transmitted or stored by third parties or to search for circumstances that could point to any unlawful activity. Although the foregoing does not affect the service provider’s obligation to remove or block the use of information under general laws, it shall only be liable from the point in time in which it becomes actually aware of a concrete violation of law. As soon as we become aware of any violation of law, we will promptly remove such contents. 

Liability for links

FTTH Council Europe ASBL, as a provider of contents under Section 7 para. 1 TMG, is responsible under general laws for its “own contents” which are made available for use under www.ftthconfernece.eu. The cross-references to the contents provided by other providers (“links”) must be distinguished from our own contents. Through such links, FTTH Council Europe ASBL actually makes available “third-party contents” for use.
